One night choreographer saroj khan and his group stays in this hotel and they woke up in the middle of a night and someone was shifting and arranging the furniture on the floor above to them. They tried to call receptionist but the phone was dead. Next morning, receptionist revealed there is no floor above theirs.One more incident took place with the team of Raaz. When the recording was done, they heard a girl singing in the background. But she wasn’t there when the shot was being taken.
