Yuvan shankar raja born 31st august 1979. The son of legendary music director Ilaiyaraja. His nicknames Yuvan, YSR, U1, King of bgm, Young maestro. He is youth's favourite music director. He has equal fanbase to the top heros in kollywood. He composed more than 130 films. He has seperate fanbase for his voice. His debuted film was Aravindhan. His Breakthrough with the poovellam kettupar. In poovellam kettupar all the songs are huge hit especially "Irava pagala". After that movie he composed for Ajith's Dheena. In dheena all songs and bgm was huge hit. In 2001 he composed for director selva raghavan and actor dhanush debuted film Thulluvadho Illamai. Thulluvadho Illamai turned him in to leading music composer in the kollywood industry.
